Shipping Destinations

• U.S. Only: Currently, we ship exclusively within the United States. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

Shipping Methods

• UPS Delivery: All of our orders are shipped through UPS, a trusted delivery partner known for its reliable and timely service. UPS ensures that your package is safely transported and arrives at your doorstep in excellent condition.

Shipping Costs

• Free Shipping: Most of our orders come with free shipping. This means you won’t have to worry about any additional shipping costs for the majority of products in our store. In some cases, if a product does not qualify for free shipping, the shipping cost will be clearly stated at checkout.

Delivery Times

• Delivery Timeframe: Our standard delivery times range between 2 to 5 business days. The exact delivery time depends on the destination and proximity to our warehouse locations. Once your order has been processed and shipped, the estimated delivery date will be provided via UPS tracking information.
• Order Processing: Orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days before they are shipped. Please note that processing time may vary slightly during peak seasons or holidays, but we strive to get your order on its way as quickly as possible.
• Delivery Exclusions: We do not ship to P.O. boxes, APO, or FPO addresses. All deliveries must be made to a valid U.S. street address.

Order Tracking

• Real-Time Tracking: Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your UPS tracking number. You can use this tracking number to follow the status of your shipment directly through the UPS website. This allows you to see when your package is out for delivery and get an estimated time of arrival.

Tax-Free Orders

• No Additional Taxes: Most of our products are shipped tax-free. This means the price you see is the price you pay—no hidden fees or unexpected charges at checkout.

Handling Delays

• Possible Delays: While UPS is known for its timely deliveries, delays can sometimes happen due to weather conditions, holidays, or other unforeseen circumstances. If there’s a significant delay with your order, we’ll notify you and provide updates on the new estimated delivery date.

Issues with Delivery

• Address Changes: If you need to change the delivery address after placing an order, please contact our customer service team immediately. If your order hasn’t been shipped yet, we can update the shipping address. Once shipped, any changes would need to be coordinated with UPS directly.
• Damaged or Missing Packages: If your package arrives damaged or does not arrive at all, please contact us as soon as possible. We will work with UPS to resolve the issue and ensure you receive your products, whether that’s through a replacement or compensation.

Cancellations and Returns

• Cancellation Window: Orders can be canceled up to 2 days before they are shipped. After this time, cancellations are no longer possible since the order is already being processed for shipment.
• No Returns Policy: As stated in our store policy, we do not accept returns unless there is an issue with the product, such as damage during shipping. In that case, please send photos or videos of the damaged item, and we will process a refund or replacement as appropriate.

• Processing Time: The 2 to 5 business day delivery estimate does not include the time it takes to process your order, which is typically 1 to 2 business days. Please take this into account when estimating your total delivery time.
